Always on time and there if I need them The tech Shannon was awesome. He worked on my unit for couple of hours. Very professional and explained everything to me that he did. Unit works great now. Would highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air and Shannon as your technician.

Brandon was very helpful and informative about our hvac unit and needs. He provided a great service on the unit and cleaned it even though it was difficult due to our water access and limited space for the unit. He also provided recommended services that our unit may need but did not try to upsell us or give us unwarranted advice. Would highly recommend him for anyone in need of a tune up and cleaning.

Wilson did a great job he knew immediately what the problem was and was so polite. He came after the other tech had come on Tuesday for Spring/Summer check. The tech before left a switch off which left us without air conditioning. Thanks to Wilson we are good for the summer.
