One hour was great. Came to our home New Years Day. Our tech Ashton was extremely professional and excellent to deal with. He inspected our unit and there were no issues. I would recommend One Hour and Ashton to anyone.
Mike, our technician was absolutely amazing. He took the time to research the problem with our tankless water heater, and made calls to the manufacturer and his place of business to ensure the water heater was repaired correctly.I called the office as well to share my experience with Mike. These guys are awesome. My heat went out and called multiple companies. Shannon showed up and just fixed the problem. Others wanted to replace the unit but Shannon was honest and after actually evaluating the unit said I might be good with it for a few more years. No games in my experience. Just a company doing a good job. When I need a new unit, they get the job.
