This was my first time getting mechanical work done in Nashville and I was extremely impressed with NuBrakes. The customer service was great at giving me an estimate and got back to me really fast even though it was late at night. I got an appointed scheduled and had Curt replace my rear rotors and brake pads. He was very knowledgeable and gave me advice on when to get my brakes serviced next. The price was very reasonable and he did not try to upsell me to get other service done. The whole process only took about 45 minutes and I even got a 10% military discount. I could not be happier with choosing NuBrakes for my brakes and rotors!! They saved me so much time and money!!My Jeep dealership is 45 minutes away and told me I was going to need new rear brakes and I knew I did because of how they felt(pulsating while breaking and grinding). They told me it would be a 2-4 hour appointment, taking up half my day.
