This is the best hot yoga studio in Nashville! The instructors are great, and always take the time to work with all class participants in positive energy and encouragement! The studio is super clean and the vibe is welcoming and energetic. Rebecca is the most amazing instructor..!!
Love going to practice hot yoga in this great studio as often as I can!

I absolutely loved the NYCo Flow class taught by Adelaide. Her instruction was calm, clear, and paced perfectly with our movement. I felt fully present throughout the session, able to move with intention while still getting a really good workout. The class had the feel of a well-written story: it eased us in, built to a fun and challenging core section with a little “Bring Sally Up,” and then gently brought us back down with calming, recentering stretches. I left feeling peaceful, rested, and like my body had been well worked.

NYC is a beautiful, welcoming, relaxed sanctuary. Nikki and all of her instructors are phenomenal. the studio is immaculate and the classes are superb - I always leave relaxed, exhausted, and sweaty - the closest to zen I could ask for! Thank you so much for being so wonderful!
