Amazing experience. The customer service and knowledge of the staff are both second to none! Not really a gear head so the knowledge the staff shared is invaluable when I bought my new Gibson.

Great staff, they were backed up but an employee who was also a saxophone player kept up the conversation to help speed the process up. They fixed my saxophone in no time and it was a welcoming and warm atmosphere!

Best day of my life. Finally found my Holy Grail guitar and they had it. Ash and Co were above and beyond helpful and went out of there way to make sure I got my new baby home where she's singing like a bird. Thanks guys!( She's the Epiphone in the middle)
