Great communication, showed up on time, did great work in less than estimated time, and felt safe leaving my home to let them work.

Nashville Painting Professionals caused severe property damage at my mother’s home while installing a fence through our HOA’s contractor list. Despite their name, they were not painting—they were installing fence posts.
They failed to contact 411 to have underground utility lines marked before digging. As a result, they severed/crushed a shared sewage line, causing two sewage backups inside the home on Labor Day. This led to thousands of dollars in mitigation and repair costs, and even damaged the neighbor’s unit.
Their representative, Ryan Parr, openly acknowledged responsibility in writing and verbally and initially agreed to cover the damages. However, after that, the company became unresponsive. They ignored multiple follow-ups, and even failed to respond to a formal demand letter sent by my attorney.
We were left with the full cost of repairs, cleanup, and the stress of dealing with unprofessional and negligent behavior.
I am sharing this so others are aware of the risks. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Nashville Painting Professionals for any project—painting or otherwise.
