Michael is a consummate professional: returned my calls in a timely manner, took the time to give us a detailed appraisal and quote for work to be done, and best of all he did an incredible job on the floors. Michael was honest and humble about the potential outcome on our floor after there was some damage to a couple rooms from the previous tenants, but he more than exceeded our expectations! He is meticulous and detail-oriented and takes pride in his work. Lastly, as a bonus, Michael even gave us an education and how to keep our floors as healthy and vibrant as possible. 5 stars.
