MouseCalls VIP service has been fantastic. I have had several problems with my technology and they have responded and resolved issues quickly and efficiently.Things usually go wrong on Sunday night when a project is due for Monday morning. No problem, it gets resolvedHighly recommended. The staff is personable and skilled and it is a pleasure working with them.
They have always been super responsive and helpful every time I've needed help! I love that they cater to smaller businesses with their programs, and i love not having to fight with my technology to make it work well!
Service, staff, attention, timeliness….was wonderful! I had the screen replaced on my grandson’s MacBook Pro. Looks and works great now! And when staff learned it was a birthday present for him, they went above and beyond to make sure it was completed on time. New part AND I save $$ compared to Apple’s pricing! Would definitely recommend MouseCalls!
