Came to Micom bc our keyboard was not working. Ayman took a look and did a reboot and got it working. He was so kind he got us working at no charge. We will definitely be back for future service.
I scheduled to come in for help with a pegged CPU on a pretty new Dell laptop. I told them what I was experiencing, the steps I'd already taken. He suggested what I should do next and what he'd charge to do the work. Then he suggested I could do it myself. I offered to pay him for his consultation and he refused. I recommend Micom without reservation. My all-in-one Dell Inspiron failed to start. Dell diagnostics stated that the hard drive had failed and no replacement was available. The guys at Micom were able to install a new solid state drive and were able to recover all the data from the failed drive. The computer works beautifully and is much faster than it was before.
