Lisa’s been my Asthetician since 2011. The past ten years have been consistently filled with positive experiences with Lisa. She’s done my various types of facials and other services. She’s professional and attentive to my skin’s sensitivity. My brows really missed her while she was on maternity leave :) I highly recommend Lisa and Bloom & Branch!
I had an appointment with Lisa on 02.05.22 for a facial, eyebrow wax and dermaplaning. I have been going to see Lisa for several years. I suffer from migraines and woke up the morning of my appointment with a severe migraine. I took some migraine medicine and laid back down. I didn't wake up until after my scheduled appointment. By this time, I had a text message asking where I was and a voicemail message telling me my credit card was being charged for my missed appointment. Sure enough, my credit card was charged for $140. I am so disappointed that Lisa would do this to a loyal customer. I will not be back and I do not recommend. Use cash if you choose to go here. Apparently, they can keep your credit card on file without your consent and charge it without your consent.
