Metro Carpets replaced our laundry room tile with laminate water proof flooring that matched the rest of the house. Teresa and her contractor crew were very professional from the start of the job with excellent communication, detailed quote, etc. The contractors arrived on time and completed the job in a very professional manner.

We moved into a new condominium in December 2021. The hardwood flooring we selected was out of stock so we substituted a another flooring at the last minute. Although we are not thrilled with the substitute flooring, we have been impressed with the customer service to repair a few bad boards. Jeff, who originally came out to inspect and offer solutions was both personable and professional. Today, Roberto and a co-worker both arrived on time and were very pleasant while doing excellent repair work. Thank you for hiring such quality employees!

We used this company for laminate flooring downstairs. Even during a difficult time to get product in on time they were amazing. Communicated well through the process, and made sure everything is the way we wanted it. And we get so many great compliments on our "wood" floors!! Great company
