Summary: Some human errors more than compensated for by EXTRAORDINARY customer service. Employees cut a piece short, and then mischarged. I went back and talked to owner, who apologized, had correct items cut, refunded my entire original purchase AND gave me a coupon for a future discount. Plus, he thanked me for being good enough to bring the issues to his attention. Will definitely do business with this small business.

My experience with Metal Supermarkets in Nashville was great. They helped me find the right product, cut it to fit exactly as I needed it, and even replaced a damaged piece with no hesitation. They provided a quick turnaround and friendly support. I will be using them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who is needing metal products or materials.

Excellent shop with great service and selection. I had a very good experience at the store. I needed several different types of steel for a fabrication project. I walked in about 15 minutes before they closed for the day. Since it was late in the day, the workers were not able to custom cut my metal on short notice however, Henry was able to show me the different metal remnants available, and I found all the pieces that would meet my needs for my project. I highly recommend Metal Supermarkets Nashville for your metal needs.
