After decades of maybe-once-a-year massages, I made a commitment to take better care of my body and began training at a gym AND seeing Melanie Joye twice a month without fail. The difference has been profound. The funny thing is, when you're no longer experiencing near-constant physical discomfort, you tend not to notice it. I recently came to my senses and realized how much better I was feeling from this decision to prioritize my health. I'm stronger (gym) and much more balanced and relaxed (Melanie). She's a highly skilled, thoughtful bodyworker with a lovely energy. Having her pup Clementine nearby is always a pleasure.
It's just the greatest thing ever. Body work with Melanie will change your life. I have made several huge changes in my life over the last 3-4 years and I know that I would not be where I am today without her help. It's like she works with magic, but not like tricks and smoke shows..mind/body/soul magic. I am truly grateful the universe brought me to her.
