Have had a few inspections from the recent hailstorm. Ethan gave me the best inspection out of all the companies sent my by insurance agency. He found damage none of the other companies found on my window casings gutters etc. The other companies either didn't do as thorough of an inspection or flew a drone. He also sent photos to me with an explanation of the damage promptly afterwards. Something the other inspectors said they would do but didn't.

I was super impressed by the high standard of customer service that I received from JD when he came to inspect my roof. He checked the problem areas I was concerned about and even took pictures to show me the condition and then showed me other areas that I did not know were damaged. He offered me solutions and options and was very professional. I will definitely call Roof Lab for my future needs.
