Went for an hour massage today, therapist was attentive. The downside was only received about 50ish minutes but paid for the full hour. Mentioned it felt a little short as the appointment was at 3:30 and I was done and paying at 4:24? Math isn’t mathing here…

I booked an appointment for the 21st, and showed up only for my appointment to have been incorrectly booked for the 28th. I reschedule an appointment with a masseuse, they cancel due to an emergency (that is ok!). I am told I have another masseuse filling in days before. I arrive at 12:48pm for a 1pm appt and am told my masseuse is running 10 minutes late (told at roughly 12:50). I sit in the office waiting for my masseuse until 1:21pm (still waiting in the tranquility room at this time). I get up and walk out, telling the front desk attendant that I am leaving. “They just arrived 5 minutes ago” they say. Well, why wasn’t I getting a serviced? The masseuse walked past me to fill their water bottle. Didn’t even acknowledge that I was waiting on them in the “tranquility room”. 3 people who arrive after me are served before me, and 1/3 of my appointment is burned up. They tell me they are charging me 50% for walking out ($65) I ask for the managers number, they are unavailable to give it, I ask for the franchise owner’s number, unavailable. They display great customer service until you have a problem. Considering I’ve only been here twice, and both times I’ve had issues, I will never come here again.

I scheduled and paid for a full body massage, but I did not receive the service I booked. When I arrived, the therapist asked if I had any focus areas, and I mentioned my back. However, instead of incorporating that into a full body massage, she only worked on my back and arms for the entire session. As we know time fly by and before I knew it my time was up. I brought this to management’s attention, but nothing was done to address the issue. I understand giving extra attention to problem areas, but completely skipping the rest of the body during a full body service is not what I scheduled or paid for.
I’m disappointed with both the service and the lack of resolution. The manager said she would call me back, it’s been a week and no response
UPDATE: received a call back after my review. And was told they could do another massage for $80. Honestly ridiculous.

I arrived early and the lady working reception was wonderful. Unfortunately Daniel was very inappropriate during my massage, after starting about 15 minutes late. Not only was the quality sub-par (focusing on one side much more than another, missing my worst tension area all together until I asked him to work on it), he switched technique and touched my genitals with the side of his hand/wrist for several seconds until I spoke up, requesting him to move to the above-mentioned tension in my shoulder. I did not feel comfortable speaking up to him alone in the room, and took time to process what happened to me before reporting it. I was assured by the manager (after 2 days of phone tag) that he would be taken off the schedule while they investigated this matter, and that she would follow up with me. It's been over a week, no one has followed up with me, and he is still on the schedule. I no longer want anyone from this company to speak to me. I just want to warn other women of what they allow here.

Had a 90 minute massage with Will. Very nice guy, personable, and attentive to detail to ensure your needs are met. Would revisit again for sure. Thanks for the great experience

Each year for Christmas our son buys my wife a years worth of visits at Massage Envy of Green Hills. He prepays for the visits at one time in a lump sum. This year, even though my wife was was told that she had visits left on her account, she was also told that the account was “only paid through October and that their system showed our son had come in February and had done something to her account”. None of that is true. Again, he goes to Massage Envy ONCE per year, IN DECEMBER ONLY, and makes this annual purchase. My wife tried to explain that their system is incorrect and that the error was on their part but the person she spoke with was rude and told her she was “mad, arguing, interrupting, and not listening”. Now how about that for professionalism….Needless to say my wife has informed our son to not ever buy her an annual subscription from Massage Envy again. She will never be back. Money is too hard to come by for establishments to to misuse hard earned funds. Do not use this establishment as they apparently can’t keep up with their accounts.

Jason is the best therapist in Tennessee and possibly the world. He always listens and each time he makes sure that to address the painful areas. Always kind and a true healer.

Daniel provided the perfect massage and follow up treatment as I have been dealing with back pain from knee surgery a few years ago. Will definitely book with him again! YanPing is also amazing. My back and hip pain I have been dealing with for a year is so much better after having seeing her yesterday!

Connie was amazing and very professional. She knew that I haven’t had a message before or it had been a while since I had one. She asked the right questions and made the process smooth. Because of her professionalism and awesome message, I’m looking to become a monthly member. Connie , thanks for the great conversation
