The first time I went here was awesome. The service was great and my cut was spectacular. I just left today from my second visit and I cannot recommend enough that you go somewhere else. Ismael was incredibly rude and when I asked for tweaks on my haircut he said I was making him lose time. He left my hair looking crazy, didn't blow dry or style it, and was more focused on charging me than making sure I was content with my haircut. When the owner was ringing me up he made fun of me and that was the last straw. Go literally anywhere else. You will regret coming here.

I brought a friend here for a simple haircut, and the experience was extremely disappointing. She is a Black woman, and the staff immediately judged her hair texture and refused her service. Instead of offering help or directing her to someone who could assist, they laughed and made her feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
This is unacceptable behavior, especially in 2025. No customer should be racially profiled or disrespected when seeking a basic service. If you are a person of color or someone who cares about equal treatment, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
