The staff at the LensCrafters at Nashville West was helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure got the most from my insurance by informing me of my benefits for the new year. It isn’t the cheapest option, but comparable to what we paid at Target at another time.

I had such a great experience here! Jason was super helpful and knowledgable. He very gallantly attempted to help fix a pair of frames I brought in that were far, far beyond repair (wishful, artless thinking on my part). Store and staff alike are lovely! Highly recommend.

The assistant manager was SO helpful in helping us find replacement frames for my daughter. She broke her glasses for the 113th time ?so we only needed frames. The lems are am awkward shaoe so hard to match them up. The entire team was amazing! They took the time to look through tons of frames to find a match and they found one. Highly recommend this location!
