If you want to experience healing on a soul level, THIS is the place to go. The overwhelming love I've experienced at Kundalini Rising Yoga is immeasurable. I started coming to this studio a little under a year ago and my life has not been the same since. I've never written a review for a business before, but the overwhelming love and light I've received from the beautiful humans at Kundalini Rising Yoga has inspired me to tell everyone about this place. Do yourself a favor and come to one of their classes. You will not regret it.

The best yoga studio I have been to in Nashville. Recently completed my Level 1 Teacher Training here. Coming from LA where there are thousands of studios I was lucky to find this center, Crystelle and the wonderful community that make up Kundalini Rising. You will always leave feeling elevated and in high spirits!

Awesome place for yoga! I used to just do the bikram yoga at the gym but got hooked the first day a friend introduced me to Kundalini yoga here. You get a decent workout but the best part is the spiritual awakening you will begin to go thru here. The teachers are amazing as well, I have gone to the tues night class with Joanna and the Thursday night class with Renee and both of them are superb. Really want to check out more classes as time permits as it is such a great experience!
