SKETCHYYY I called to get some information from the Office Manager cuz I want to make sure everything is right before I get myself checked by these people. I called asked for the OM and the front desk lady VERY RUDE said - NOT AVAILABLE, and immediately hung up.. This is weird, rude and unprofessional... I wouldn't trust them with my health care AT ALL. Weirdest thing is that yesterday I called too, the IVR system didn't go thru nothing and ended up hanging too. What I wonder is what are they hiding? why would they immediately hung up... why was she so afraid I would talk to the OM?

I have been seeing Dr Cai for approximately 15 years, I trust his assessment of my health. He is very honest, and he personally cares about my health. Dr Cai is and has been an important asset to me and my family, whether it's a cold or quadruple bypass surgery (me), Dr Cai takes it very seriously and gives me and my wife, and now grown children, the very very best medical care. On a personal note, it is very important for people of color to be vigilant about their health , I have put my life in Dr Cai care and he knows this. I was in today for blood work and they know I hate needles, and some how they create a positive atmosphere where I am comfortable and satisfied. Thank you Dr Cai for looking after me this long and now taking care of my family!!!

I needed an immigration physical exam done and Knolls Place Medical Clinic was one of, if not the only one, that offered the exam in a reasonable price. Everyone I was in contact with that day was extremely friendly and thorough, I was in and out in a swift time, and they were able to get my results back in a timely manner, which I appreciated a lot! Overall, I would recommend them to any one!

The super rude dr. Called me FAT!
I went in for a a check up, according to the BMI chart I was a little over weight, the Dr. came in and told me fat, sir I understand youre from another country, but there’s other words you can use besides FAT. “ overweight “ “ obese “ “ heavier side” and sooo on.

This is the most honest review you will find about this business. I called to order a medical exam for immigration. The receptionist was extremely rude and money hungry. She said the exam is $650. That’s not true. Call around other clinics you will get the exam for $375 and much nicer people. I wish her nothing but the best… but ultimately, I am writing this review for all immigrants that need this exam for their visas. I wouldn’t tolerate a treatment like this. We pay a lot of money to be here and contribute to society quite a lot. We deserve respect as much as we respect others. Having said that, she also mentioned that you needed to bring some immigration forms that’s not true at all. You only need your ID and vaccines. Stay safe! Watch out for places like this. Dr Cai and Practitioner F Cai couple are sincere and best caring professionals. I just got an awesome news after taking his medications, foods and working out advisory directions, that is, I lost 14 Lb( really how difficult to lose a few Lb for anyone) in 3 months! I will keep up blessed healthier and happier life habits along with having their reliable medical advices gladly.
