I have been going to Dr. Kestner for about a year now. He is very knowledgeable and really cares about patients well-being. The office is always clean and very well organized. I have been having an amazing experience with Dr. Jason and Dr. Jenny Kestner since November ‘24! The facility has an on-site X-ray machine, which gave me peace of mind knowing my treatment was based on a thorough evaluation. One thing I really appreciated was their approach to pre-care. Before every adjustment, they had me do specific stretches to warm up my body, which made the adjustment so much more effective and comfortable. I’ve been going to chiropractors since I was a young child, and it’s clear that these Chiropractic Doctors prioritize patient care and take the time to ensure you’re getting the best treatment possible. 10/10 recommend!!!

This review has been a long time coming! I am someone who has had lower back, hip and joint issues for as long as I can remember. When I moved to Nashville, I was in spasm in my low back for the two years prior. I found an amazing doc who then moved away. Long story short, went through a few okay chiropractors. Then I found Dr. Jason. He explained his way of practice, and the goals he has for his patients. I have seen the results in my xrays in the changing in the curve in my neck, and how much better I feel. Dr. Jenny is just as amazing!! One thing I can say about this office, is they always remember you! I love walking in to a hug from Miss Judy, and Sarah. They really get to know their patients and that means a lot to me. I love the holistic approach, and the goal to not have to be on pain medication to get through a day, or have another MRI to be told they don't see anything wrong. If you are looking for a chiropractic office that is SO much more than just cracking your neck, then look no further.

Wonderful! I am amazed by the difference after 12 visits. Dr. Jason and Dr. Jenny have listened to my concerns and lessened my chronic pain. My most recent X-ray showed better head and neck posture, which I believe has improved my thyroid function, resulting in better energy throughout the day. Additionally, I have noticed improvements in many of my autoimmune and digestive symptoms. And Judy and Sara have always made visiting the office a pleasure! So grateful for this practice and what they’ve done for me and my family :)

FINALLY, after 15 years of various chiropractors, I finally found the right one. I'm truly thrilled! Their knowledge of whole body health makes it an incredible value. You don't just get 'cracked and popped'.
They have dedicated areas for doing specific stretching and stregthening exercises before and after your adjustment. This alone has made a huge difference .....and no, it's not just some yoga stuff lol.
Then, there's the nutrition side that I could go on about forever. I'll just say, I'm a health nut and have still learned some incredible things that I've incorporated.
The owners are middle-aged, and truly want everyone to be able to live their best life. I highly recommend anyone, at any age give them a shot. You won't regret it!
