Fast appointments,. This is my first visit here, I have worn glasses since I could keep them on my face. Every employee I encountered was very friendly. They did thorough testing and have up to date technology. The Dr. was great and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this eyecare establishment and will continue to come here in the future.

Dr. Bishop is the most knowledgeable, educated, thorough optometrist I have seen in my 34 years of wearing glasses in contact lenses. He educated me and explain to me why I was having some of the issues I was having and made the transition from regular single vision lenses took progressive, tolerable. It was hard to accept for a minute. When you have somebody that loves what they do and takes the time out to explain to you, it definitely helps. I have gone to LensCrafters pretty much my entire life in some part of Nashville, but as long as he is here at this location, this is where I will have my eye exam yearly from now on. **Outstanding Experience!**
I had an exceptional experience at this optician, truly the best customer service I've encountered. With my prescription contact lenses running out just before my holiday, I found myself in a bit of a bind due to the holiday rush. Thankfully, the wonderful staff here really came through for me. A fantastic lady at the counter went above and beyond by bringing in a box of contact lenses specifically for my trip, while my yearly supply was being ordered.
