This place went under new ownership a few months ago and things have changed! FOR THE GOOD!!!!! The shop is so much cleaner and the new staff is WAY nicer! Their new piercer Kara has like 20 years of piercing experience and is the nicest person ever. My industrial healed so nicely. So thankful I stopped in to check out the place again.

Today my septum piercing fell out and I was running around hendersonville trying to get it put back in. No one was willing to help…. Until I found this place. I didn’t catch the piercers name but i believe it was Kathy? She took me in right away and made me feel comfortable! She taught me how to put it back on myself if this ever happened and she was super nice! In and out in less than 10 minutes! She made sure she cleaned everything to a T before she did anything as well! Just moved from chicago and there are closer places by my house but considering this is the only place that helped me out in a time of need, I’ll make sure to come here for anything I need!

The piercer [I didn't catch her name] was amazing. She removed my dermal piercing that a previous piercer did and she made the entire experience the most comfortable one. She answered all of my questions throughly and gave me options on less 'permanent' piercings I can get when I'm healed.!! I'm definitely going back.!
