I had a great experience with Luke. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Luke took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. I highly recommend Hoffman Brothers for any HVAC needs!

Hoffmann representative was prompt to call ahead of appointment and inform when he would arrive at my home. I had set up an appointment with a second HVAC company, but after having Taylor, the project manager, go over my options, walk me through any issues with my current system and all the positive aspects of my system, I decided to have the installation done with Hoffman. At this point, I can only say that the client education, warranties, and the Hoffmann guarantees (besides those warranties/guarantees on the unit itself), make things a no-brainer. I can update this review once I have my unit installed and serviced throughout the year.
