My technician and installer was terrific. He showed my pictures of the new HVAC system ....they were here exactly at 7 am and worked til 4 pm to finish.

Hoffman Brothers recently came out to fix a slow leak in my shower, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Bryan was the technician, and it was great to work with him again after he previously repaired my water heater.
As always, Bryan was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain what was causing the leak, walked me through the repair, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. The work was completed efficiently, and the area was left clean and tidy.
