Vanderbilt Imaging Services Hillsboro

CAT Scan was inoperable. I sat waiting for over 90 minutes. The manager finally came out and explained that the machine was experiencing technical problems. I ended up leaving without services.

We had a couple of visits at this location and I had some concerns. The reps behind the front desk need to keep conversations with the clients about financial matters on a quieter tone and not so that the whole waiting room hears private information. Unprofessional

I've had two great experiences in the last month with this facility. Minimal wait times, and the technicians were excellent. They were friendly and welcoming, and they took the time to explain exactly what to expect.
