Doesn't look like much at all. It's in a strip mall. But inside it is really expansive and full service! To be clear, I am not a member but I used my ClassPass account to visit while I was in town for a trip. I really, really needed a hot tub so I looked for a gym to visit with this amenity. The place was great. I signed up for a couple of fitness classes - they have group classes- and they were each a circuit style and to be honest more challenging than I expected, but with circuit classes you can always push yourself to go harder so that might be it. There is a very large weight area inside with a running track indoor around it. But what I came for was the spa area! There is a hot tub, sauna, and steam room as well as a small pool. I was able to spend a nice 45 min or so alternating between the hot tub and steam/sauna rooms and I was really in heaven. If you are coming and want to do the same I recommend checking the water aerobics schedule- immediately after the spa area will be pretty full with people finishing the water aerobics class. Showers are present and lockers and changing rooms are ample. It's relatively no frills in certain ways but also has every amenity I would want so I was very pleased - if I lived near here I would join!

The machines are much more comfortable and smooth on my joints than the machines at the YMCA. The jacuzzi is very large and powerful. The people are very welcoming. The indoor track is soft and has long distance.
