I brought in a dress for cleaning and was quoted $17, which was written clearly on my receipt. When I came to pick it up, the price had suddenly jumped to $30. When I asked about it, the staff said I was quoted incorrectly. I was really disappointed — it’s not about the few extra dollars, it’s about honesty and good business practice.

My first time picking up from here and I’m very satisfied. I thrift most of my button up shirts for work and I didn’t pay more than what I actually bought for each shirt unlike other places. I will be returning here.

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER; USE OAKWOOD CLEANERS INSTEAD. HERITAGE CLEANERS RUINED MY $7000 BRAND NEW, UNWORN TOM FORD BLAZER AND THE OWNER TRIED TO SAY IT WAS TOM FORD AND NOT THEM. Honestly, I've never in my life experienced such a lack of accountability from an owner of a business. BUYER BEWARE. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU USE ANY OTHER DRY CLEANING COMPANY. If I could give zero stars, I would.

It’s the bed service because of the they tell me the difference price when I was going to drop my cloth at that time they tell me $422 something after that when I was going pickup my cloth they charge me $495 when I was going to pickup

I had a fantastic experience with Heritage Cleaners. Brought in 5 men's dress shirts on a Saturday, and they were ready by Monday – that's speedy! Bethany was super helpful, even sewing on a missing button. She walked me through everything, and helped me understand the process. She even helped me save $20! First time going to this cleaner and I'm very disappointed. Brought in 2 new ties to be pressed and they stained one and damaged the silk in two places on another. I had 10 brand new shirts laundered and pressed. 3 were poorly pressed with ironed in creases on the front of the shirts and issues with the sleeves. 1 light grey shirt has obvious blue stains on the sleeves and blue dye seeping out of the cuffs. Cotton chinos I had pressed you can tell the iron or press was too hot as there are multiple light /shiny spots. Most everything was also covered in lint and dust.
