My experience was not so great .. First thing , they are located inside of a different building with a different name ..no one notified me of that . I arrived 15 minutes early , walked up and down the street in the heat looking for any sign that says Hello Sugar but nope .. I called their number and waited on hold for 7 minutes before I could reach someone who informed me which building they’re located inside of .. now I’m hot & frustrated because I’m now 5 minutes behind & I feel bad. I walk in , there’s no receptionist. I had to go looking for someone . I found Sarah who coincidentally was the person doing my wax … she’s clearly agitated with me .. she told me to set my stuff down in the chair & rushed me out of my underwear as soon as I walked in . Told me that this isn’t the place to be modest. I apologized & informed her that this was my first wax. She was very short with me and impatient.. I almost wondered at some point if she was purposely being unnecessarily rough with me .. wiping me extremely hard after pulling the wax strips off .. I again apologized for jumping at the excruciating pain and her response was “this part shouldn’t be hurting you” … like , okayyy .. but it is hurting me & I don’t know what to do.. she also gave me a run down of the aftercare instructions as she was still actively ripping strips off of me .. as if I could pay attention during this ! .. and not to mention , I still had patches of hair left .. ugh , worst experience ever . I’m traumatized.

It was my first time ever getting a wax & Katie was a sweet angel sent down to earth from heaven! She not only made me feel very comfortable but was also incredibly informative & thorough. I got my first wax for free which anyone can do if it’s your first time & you don’t even have to put in a phone number. I ended up paying $20 to do a full Brazilian instead of just a bikini which was well worth it. Prices here are not bad at all especially if you become a member. Highly recommend.

It was my first time getting sugared here and I booked with Katie. She was AMAZING! So professional and efficient. I wasn’t planning on getting a membership but she was so good I had to!

Katie was fantastic & so so sweet! She made an often painful experience much less stressful. I am very hairy and hadn’t sugared since last summer, which is always daunting knowing your appointment is coming up. However, she made a crucial suggestion that a sugarer/waxer had never made to me before and I’m so thankful! Was in and out in under 30 minutes. Will be back! Thanks Katie 🩷🩷🩷

I had an amazing time at the location. Sarah who waxed my eyebrows and did sugar on my legs was really sweet and made me feel comfortable. She got all the hair and knew what I wanted when it came to shaping my eyebrow. Highly recommend her
