Hale is such a wonderful place to go for physical and spiritual tune-ups! They offer a wide range of services, and have a wonderful, warm and professional staff. For massage/structural integration, Will Ravenel is a wizard.
Peace is at the center of both the services and the practitioners at Ha.Le. Ha.Le for me is a home for care, healing, and respite in Nashville. I am grateful for this space and the people who cultivate it. I am more aware and attune with my body and I would highly recommend Ha.le, to anyone looking to do the same.
My favorite sanctuary for healing. They have so many options of services to choose from. It’s very peaceful and everyone is kind.
It’s a smaller space but is wheelchair accessible for large power chairs or smaller. Bathroom fully accessible with grab bars and plenty of room for wheelchairs to fit.
