Absolute nightmare. So much for warranty. I have tried so hard for three years after having problems for six years to get these problems solved to no avail. My deck is rotted, for the past few months I have been making a hard press to try to fix the situation so I can actually replace the deck that is becoming dangerous at my own cost. My favorite thing about this is that they blame me for the gutter selection. I have even gone as far as to say OK maybe that’s the problem but let’s fix it. We had a meeting recently and I thought we finally were seeing eye to eye but once again Scott did not do what he said he would do. I just looked out the window one day and saw dams installed on the roof. They are not working. They also installed gutter guards that I am told don’t work with my type of gutter – is that supposed to be my problem? I was also told that the last meeting he would think on this problem and propose a solution, that is part of what we were supposed to meet about. The dams were just thrown up, I never got a return phone call, I had to follow up once again, and once again he did not call when he said he would. I’ve had one Contractor say that the guards needed to be slanted - again for months I’ve been trying to have a conversation to just solve the problem, no matter what the initial problem was, but it can’t happen and I’m completely stalled. I can’t move forward with a new deck when water is cooling and continuing to ruin the existing one. I am officially giving up and moving on, but don’t want anyone else to have this experience. He’s a very nice guy and the installation was absolutely wonderful and they have continued to come and clean off the gutters when I yell loud enough, but they seem to be completely uninterested in solving the problem. I am highly disappointed and can’t believe how long I let myself be strong along.

Hired them to replace our homes gutters to a larger 6” size with a 4x3 downspout. We’re very friendly, worked great around our landscaping/irrigation and we love the finished product. Would recommend.

Scheduling ver prompt! Installation was a breeze and completed in less than a day. They replaced our 4-inch gutters with 6-inch gutters. Their work was excellent, and I noticed that the crew did a few extra bit of cleaning. They also made slight modifications to the downspouts that should further improve function. I'm eager for the next downpour to see them in action. I can highly recommend.
