Absolutely great experience with Geekz UP. Super friendly and personable from start to finish, and you can tell they genuinely care about both the customer and the work they do. Communication was excellent the entire process — I was consistently updated on where my OMEN PC was in the repair process, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.
They efficiently replaced my power supply and even went the extra mile to reapply thermal paste to my processor while they had everything apart. The turnaround time was quick, the work was clean and professional, and my PC is running fantastic now.

So glad I called here! I had a computer tower that belonged to our son who passed away. Jay downloaded it all on a thumb drive. I brought over a printer and some odd and ends of cords. He said they refurbish and donate to Veterans. So cool! I enjoyed meeting and talking to Jay. Highly recommend!!!
