I've been working with John for years. None of my jobs are big, but Falcon has always shot straight with me and provided quality work. If your expectation is that you are the most important customer and it's your first small order request, then you should go somewhere that does crap work and charges double for it. You want it right, fair, and honest, then call Falcon.
