I am leaving 3 stars because I loved my doctor, and they were able to get me in for a last-minute appointment, which I greatly appreciated.

When I arrived, however, the front desk staff did not seem welcoming. I felt as though my presence was an inconvenience rather than a patient being helped.

The technician who performed my testing before I saw the doctor was very kind, and my doctor was excellent. My appointment itself was a positive experience.

I had a great experience at the Green Hills location this week. I took my little friend who is 7 and English is her 2nd language. They were so patient and accommodating with her. They custom made her a chart because I knew she could see the letter she just couldn't name it. It was a pleasant experience and I'm so thankful they loved and respected a little girl from Turkey! Dr Kylie and the staff that day were exceptional.

Great eye doctors. Very thorough and very polite. Did not really have to wait and I walked out with a glasses and new contact prescription! Also there is tons of free parking and the location is easy to get to
