The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They were patient with my questions and thorough in their explanations. I really liked the ability to book online. The doctor took his time with his examination to ensure I ended with the most comfortable and accurate prescription. I appreciated that he did not solely rely on the computer's assessment or rush through any of the processes. And somehow, it all still went quickly.
In a mess of chains trying to churn out as much as possible, this gem feels like it cares.
