Daniel does a really great job identifying your strengths and weaknesses and working with that to help you achieve your goals. He is also extremely detail-oriented and helped correct seemingly small mistakes I was doing in my exercises which have actually made all the difference in my results. When I first started I couldn't squat on my own without really bad pain in my hips and knees...now I'm not only able to squat, but I can even carry a little extra weight while doing it. Highly recommend regardless of your goals!
