I gotta tell you... In todays world, it's hard to find a place to give you good service. It should be the norm but what I got here was unreal! I'm no pro, just the average Joe that's mechanically inclined to fix some stuff that I learned from 20 years in real estate and working with contractors and inspectors.
My HVAC went out over the labor day weekend. Thankfully just a blower motor wheel but still enough to put me out of commission. Called in with my part number and they had one in stock.
Walked into a crowded entrance downtown Nashville, early in the morning surrounded by pros picking up their orders for the day and it looked completely chaotic. I thought, this was going to take forever but before I could even finish that thought, someone looked at me and asked if they could help me. Told them I had called in about a part. They had it in my hands in seconds and told me to see the beautiful lady at the end of the counter to pay. Gave her the paper and my card. She swiped it and thanked me, told me to have a nice day and I was gone! I'm not joking... I was out of there in maybe 90 seconds if that!! It took longer for the credit card machine to print the receipt than it took to get the part and pay.
I highly recommend these folks. While I pray I don't need them anytime soon, I know exactly where I'm going next time I do.

Like delivering to this place here. They get you in the door and get you unloaded. They don't play around. Very kind and perfessional people here. I wish a lot of shipping and receiver's were like this place.??
