Drive by and never look back. Trust all the reviews and ignore the the owners response. Clothes were late, causing me to miss an important business meeting. Offered store credit when I would clearly never return. Woman behind the counter is useless. Quoted one price and then charged another. If you value your clothes and like your peace of mind go elsewhere.Offered $10 off then took offer back.

Atrocious. Sadly cannot rate 0 stars. Clothes were late, resulting in me not having a suite for a business conference. Took no ownership and offered a credit. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

I tried calling this establishment throughout the day to get a price on cleaning a duvet. They never picked up their phone so I stopped in on my way home. The woman quoted me $40. So I drove home, picked up my duvet and came all the way back. I walk in and she says it's an extra $10 because it's down and an extra $6 because it's wool (wool? It's not wool.. it's a standard duvet) she said the total would be $56. I said that isn't what she quoted me before and she never mentioned a difference given what it was filled with. I said I drove all the way home and back because what she quoted prior. Could she at least honor the $40 this time? She said no. It was suchhhh poor...read full review
