I was referred to Dale Inc. by a reliable builder in the Hendersonville area. I needed to replace a pair of large double paned windows original to the house built in the 70's. The windows were surrounded on all sides in stone. It was not an easy replacement. I also needed a new sliding door. I had spoken with a couple of window companies, so I did my homework.I chose Dale Inc. and was fortunate enough to work with Cristi from Dale and her team of installers from Fletcher Windows and Doors. I had a wonderful experience using Dale. Cristi was a wealth of knowledge, always responsive and a joy to work with. I purchased multiple windows, French doors and hardware throughout a remodel. I had no idea buying door knobs could be so difficult until I called Cristi. She helped me get everything I needed and they were delivered within a week (and a better price vs. online). A welcomed experience after dealing with multiple train wrecks (Ferguson and Brentwood Cabinets among others) on other fronts.
