I had a wonderful experience using Dale. Cristi was a wealth of knowledge, always responsive and a joy to work with. I purchased multiple windows, French doors and hardware throughout a remodel. I had no idea buying door knobs could be so difficult until I called Cristi. She helped me get everything I needed and they were delivered within a week (and a better price vs. online). A welcomed experience after dealing with multiple train wrecks (Ferguson and Brentwood Cabinets among others) on other fronts.
