It took AAA all day to locate a tow company that could get into our building garage that has only a 7 foot clearance. When they finally found Copeland could get the job done, they came as soon as they could and Mitch did an amazing job with dollys and a self loader which require a very experienced person to set up and drive. Thank you Mitch.
Had a great experience with Copelands! They did what they said they were going to and kept their word. That means a lot. They transported to Knoxville for us once all the bad weather passed. I would recommend them to anyone in the Nashville area!
Rob Jordan is exceptional, Helped one of our clients out of a rough situation in a parking garage on the fourth floor. Was prompt and professional. Look forward to utilizing him in the future.
