Had to go for a pre employment drug test. Very professional and went above and beyond as she talked with me about my recovery journey!!! She even said she was so proud of me!! I wish i knew her name but she was wonderful!!!
The ladies at this location are really sweet. After dealing with some not so pleasant people at other locations, not Concentra, this is the only location I would prefer to come to in the future..☺️
The receptionist at the front desk was not very friendly. I don't know if it was my imagination but she seemed to treat me different from the others that were there. Never smiled at me, barely acknowledged me, had to email my passport to her email. But once I was inside, the nurse or whoever that did my drug test was very nice. She's the only reason I didnt give one star. The first person we come into contact with is very important. They represent the business at first impression is all im saying.
