After my ACL surgery, I was experiencing swelling in my operative knee. I began regular massages with Elise and have had a significant decrease with the swelling, and increased movement throughout my quad and knee. She has also been able to relieve neck and back pain that I have been having for years. We don't realize how much we need massage in order to take care of our bodies (and minds). I highly recommend her!!

I was experiencing some pretty intense back pain and was referred to Elise by one of her current clients. After my first massage, my pain was reduced by 75%. I just had my second massage and I'm feeling better than I have in a long time. Elise is so knowledgeable and has such a calming presence. I will be recommending her to all of my friends and family.
