I did my taxes and have no complaints about the person who did my taxes at all and I love her she is amazing! How ever, the younger lady who answers the phone in english needs to practice her customer service book! She does not know how to speak politely and when I asked her about updates about the process of filing she said it’s being worked on and that they will call me back! No one called me back and her explanation was that she works from 9 am to 8 pm! I understand but as your customer who is paying you $300.00 (which in your office there was a sign that said $200.00) I really don’t care! When I ordered food they accidentally dropped it off here and when they asked one of their employees if she ordered food she said yes luckily the person that delivered my food was nice and went back to get it and delivered it to me. ALSO DONT GO HERE MY MOM WENT HERE AND THEY DIDNT HELP AT ALL PLUS THE EMPLOYEES WERE RUDE AND TREATED MY MOM LIKE IF SHE WERE DUMB
