I wanted to be objective of this review since this was a black owned business. My dear friend sent me a basket and I love her for thinking me. But this was not the normal of a fruit basket as I would have expected and called the owner and expressed my concerns and he was soooo impressed with his product. This was disappointing to say the least and all I can say is maybe they could use some help with presentation and quality. Very concerned and hoping they will reconsider their impact on the community. This was an epic fail and they were not hearing my genuine concern of the basket they delivered. I would love to see other baskets to see if this was a fluke.

I requested a fall arrangement with a sunflower and wheat. Arrangement came to over $90.00. This was what was received. Florist assured me they would redo order, but none was ever received. Bad business.

We worked with CFF for our wedding and they truly made the entire experience enjoyable and easy. Our florals were exacltly what I wanted! And I especially appreciated them taking their time to understand our vision AND our budget and gave us honest feedback about what we could afford and still delivered on the asthetic. I highly recommend booking!

Used Carters for my mother's funeral services. Even with short notice he assured me he would take care of everything I needed. All the arrangements were perfect... so beautiful! I highly recommended!

I honestly do not wish to give even one star. I asked for a specific arrangement and the ONLY thing that was followed was the type of flower. I am so disappointed and truly embarrassed of the flowers that were sent on my behalf. When I called to state my instructions were not followed, they were not willing to make it right or offer any form of refund. Please don't use this florist. The quality and customer service are not worth it.
