Each year for Christmas our son buys my wife a years worth of visits at Massage Envy of Green Hills. He prepays for the visits at one time in a lump sum. This year, even though my wife was was told that she had visits left on her account, she was also told that the account was “only paid through October and that their system showed our son had come in February and had done something to her account”. None of that is true. Again, he goes to Massage Envy ONCE per year, IN DECEMBER ONLY, and makes this annual purchase.
