I had such a wonderful experience at Brow Art 23! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and treated with care. The technician was professional, gentle, and truly skilled. She took the time to shape my brows perfectly, listening to what I wanted and making sure I was happy every step of the way.
The environment was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I left feeling more confident and polished — my brows have never looked better! It’s rare to find a place that combines skill, customer service, and affordability all in one, but Brow Art 23 does exactly that.

Ok so I don’t know what was wrong with this chick but when we walked in she did not greet us and just sat there till we spoke then had an attitude and I could of sworn customer is always right most of the time but if we say we DNT want that tint on to long then why are you making us keep it on the whole time then proceeds says she is about to close so we have to wipe it off our selves but then two more customers come in and she does them??? Horrible customer service

AVOID THIS PLACE ON THE WEEKENDS!!! The ladies that work on the weekends will chop off most of your eyebrows even if you request to not have them done thin. They might as well chop it all off while they're at it smh. They will also yap on the phone while they do your eyebrows. Only come on the weekdays! The lady on the weekdays is the ONLY lady that knows how to leave your eyebrows perfectly!
