I had an appointment there yesterday. I do not think I was with the owner I was with somebody else so I will start with that. I was excited to get a wax for vacation and was extremely judged. I felt like she was shaming me and quite honestly wanted to leave because of the way she was talking to me. Should always leave a self care appointment feeling better about yourself not worse.

I have been to this location many times and have never had a bad experience. The ladies here are very welcoming and treat you as a friend. Highly recommended this place. Erica took care of me today and was absolutely amazingly and communication was TOP tier.

Absolutely the BEST in town, great service and a excellent relaxing experience. Cheaper than most places I have been to! Definitely will recommend and will be coming back😌

Have gone here for years, called for an appt today and showed up only to be told I couldn’t be waxed if I’d been on antibiotics recently. I offered to waive liability and they said no which I understand BUT then I spoke to the woman at the front desk to say if taking antibiotics makes you unable to be waxed, that should be asked when booking. She said “every waxer asks about antibiotics! If you go to a salon and your waxer doesnt ask…find a new salon!” Which is awkward because I’ve gone to THIS salon for years and never once been asked. The front desk woman got really flustered and then said this was new data/research and she didn’t really know. It just felt like really bad/inexperienced customer service, when she should have just said “good idea” even if they were never ever going to add the antiobiotics question to the appt making. I will be finding a new waxing place!!

This is my go to spot in Nashville for waxes. I've booked with different staff members and all of the ladies were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The pricing is reasonable and they typically always have availability when I need it. Also, the waiting area is super cute and modern. Would definitely recommend for Brazilian wax services.

previous review when i had a waxer named cree: my new wax place in nsh. the staff was very nice.
updated review (sept 2025) after switching to ruth and dealing with the manager and other staff at this location: do not, i repeat DO NOT book here if you are a person of color (specifically black) or a member of the lgbtqia+ community. the woman named ruth who is of the latinx community was performing microaggressions toward me as a black woman and continued to be aggressive and call me inappropriate names when i arrived within the grace period to my wax appointment. the host was also very unprofessional and tried to recant her statements when she called to try to change my appointment to convenience their schedule and their waxers. there are cameras and this interaction with ruth was recorded and she threw her hands up and tried to use phrases from a culture that is not her own (culture appropriation — which is seen throughout the US by non-black people especially those who are minorities and think certain behaviors or derogatory words are fine for them to use) and continuously called me “babe” when i specifically told her i didn’t feel comfortable with her calling me that more than three times because i am a black woman, a member of the lgbtqia+ community and i am also in a relationship. she chose to continuously be disrespectful and was blatantly r-c-st in my honest opinion. the owner tried to remedy a situation that was honestly just completely out of hand with an apology that was just something to say to try to cover herself. i’ve spent over a thousand dollars with this company over the years and did not go anywhere else but after this event that contain an insurmountable amount of disrespect and forms of r-c-sm, i will not be back. this event spoke volumes about the lack of training of the staff and the culture of this company. BEWARE. there are way better options in nashville who are culturally aware and provide excellent service.
