Overall, Bpi provides a positive experience for those delivering loads.
Good place to deliver a load. Receiver James was very polite and straight to business!. Got me unloaded in about 30 minutes once I bumped the dock.

I work with a lot of vendors and it is always a delight to call BPI. I know I will get the friendliest service anywhere with impeccable accuracy. I One time I had to hang up after being on hold, and they actually called me back to make sure I had gotten my information. Great place!
