This place saved me and is now my therapy. Its been a blessing meeting Mike Tugo and having him as my trainer. He works with one client at a time so we have the entire gym to ourselves and can really focus on me and my progress. I've gotten stronger, healthier, and more confident since walking through the door. I recommend this to anyone that wants to make a serious lifestyle change for the better.
Michael is a great trainer and he is able to customize your training to build the body that you want. It never feels like the same old boring workout. He's a wonderful listener and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. I've been a client for decades now.
