I recently adopted my first dog, a 13 week old Puppy. I was referred to Belmont Animal Hospital and Dr. Nelson and the team at Belmont have done everything possible to support me and make a visit to the vet a positive experience for my little pup. I can not recommend them enough!

The nurse and Dr. Smith were gentle and patient with Bird, who is a nervous dog at the vet. They put her at ease. They were also very thoughtful and thorough in responses to any questions or concerns that we had.

Dr. Nelson and the entire staff at Belmont Animal Hospital were phenomenal! They made us and our new pup feel comfortable, and let us go into the room early to wait since we were unsure how our pup would react to other animals. We can’t recommend Belmont Animal Hospital enough!

My kitty had a sick tummy and Dr. Howell worked her onto her schedule to check her out. Lucy is NOT a fan of the vet or the car. I was allowed to pick up a calming medication the evening before her appointment that worked like a charm. The covid policy doesn’t allow you to enter the building at this time. The number is clearly displayed out front. I called the number and her tech quickly came out to retrieve Lucy. She was sympathetic to the fact that Lucy was scared and clearly not a fan of the vet. Dr. Howell called to update me and made suggestions to alleviate Lucy’s issues. She’s SO much better and not traumatized from her experience. I really appreciated the staff caring fir my baby like she was their own. Highly recommend.

Caring, experienced Doctors and staff. I have had care for my pup under Dr Smith and Dr Nelson. Both were thorough and made sure I understood home care and meds for my senior dog who has many issues. I highly recommend Belmont Animal Hospital
