I would highly recommend Dr. Vella Stephens at Be Ready PT, especially for any runners! I came in primarily for the runner's assessment with a goal of being able to run for many years to come and with a little bit of shin pain, and after seeing Dr. Stephens for a couple of weeks, I have noticed less pain while running! We are working on anything from ankle mobility and strength (which I apparently severely lack) to glute strength! On top of that, she is super kind and friendly!
I originally reached out to Dr. Ross Gentry after getting into road cycling, at 49 years old. I had terrible pain in my neck and wrists, and decided that a bike fitting may help.
I chose Dr. Gentry because on top of doing bike fittings, he is also a physical therapist, and I had some nagging injuries from years past. I figured that he could help with those as well.
Dr. Gentry not only sized my bikes properly (eliminating the previous neck and wrist pain) but he has been absolutely instrumental in my return to a healthier lifestyle. I've lost over 25 pounds in a few months and am over the moon to have found him.

I highly recommend Be Ready PT! I initially came in for a bike fit and choose be ready because I was experiencing pain and numbness on the bike. I chose Be Ready because they help athletes recover from injury. The bike fit was an instant improvement in comfort and as a result I opted to undergo a program to help correct the related injury and sober I was unaware of. My mind body awareness is drastically improved as a result of working Dr Gentry. He was able to locate underlying issues very quickly and began working with me using a progressive plan of corrective exercises that are now a part of my regular fitness program.
