No soliciting means NO SOLICITING. There are countless reviews of this company showing that their representatives are aggressive and routinely ignore posted signs and homeowners who ask them to leave.
I just had a representative come to my house, and the first thing he said was, “I see the no soliciting sign…” Yes, that should have been your cue to turn around and leave. Instead, I had to interrupt you three separate times to ask you to leave my property.
The owners and management of Axiom Pest Control need to read these reviews and retrain their sales representatives. Ignoring homeowners and disregarding clearly posted signs is not persistence—it’s disrespectful, and it’s damaging your reputation in the community.

Matt was here yesterday to give us our first treatment and did an exceptional job. He also was very informative. I appreciated him.

Matt was awesome to work with. He was intentional about completing the task of destroying the wasps nest and performing a brown recluse treatment throughout the house. He is a man of integrity, and I appreciate his hard work. I know he’ll greatly be blessed because of his meticulous service to our home.

Josh ,I believe was his name, was very unprofessional. I had just gotten back from running errands and let him know I did not live at the house that he was at. He proceeded to ask me for my phone number and I said no I have a boyfriend, continues to say he’s not the “jealous type” and asks if he can give me his phone number. I again said no. After that he kept trying to get me to write down his number and talk to the people who live in the house. I was clearly uncomfortable with the conversation and he continued to push conversation on me. I kept asking for a card to give to the people who live at the house and he kept saying he didn’t have one. Very disrespectful of him to act the way he did when I repeatedly told him no.

We have a sign saying no soliciting and you have a kid knocking on my door anyway. When I point out no soliciting, his cocky answer is that he's not afraid of hoa. Kid I don't care if you're afraid, I'm not going to use a company that can't respect the neighborhood's request for no soliciting. You want my business? Show some respect.

I had never heard of Axiom until we were stalked by one of their salesmen.
He passed by our no soliciting sign, banged on the door while my son was asleep, and then hung around outside our house for 7 hours. He watched us drive away for dinner. Then we saw him around 8pm riding his scooter on our street. We filed a police report as it seemed like casing behavior.
Only when we found a thread on the East Nashville Facebook page did we realize this was sales for Axiom and many other people had similar and worse stories.
I will NEVER use Axiom and will actively warn others to avoid at all costs. Way to tank your own business with shady, creepy salespeople who ignore no soliciting signs and scare away potential clients.

I want to share what seems to be a recurring problem myself and friends have experienced- intrusive, rude and frightening employees from this company. I was solicited to and the young man was yelling outside my property and wouldn't leave. Wouldn't take no for an answer, said he wasn't soliciting to the point I had to get rude. A friend of mine had another young man come on her property from this company and ended up threatening to call the police because she felt unsafe- the young man still refused to leave. If a woman or ANYONE feels unsafe from your sales people, your company isn't it. Learn to train your employees, you are frightening and annoying people.

Their salesmen are inappropriate and harass people at all hours. They come back repeatedly despite being told no. They do not respect no soliciting signs and lie while refusing to give you any actual information. I am actually in the market for a pest control company but will never go with them. When you call to complain about their out of control sales people terrorizing the neighborhood, the people on the phone do nothing. Unethical business.

Axiom violated the law and sent a solicitor to my house despite my address being on the no soliciting list with Davidson County. This disturbed me and my dog during working hours. Unacceptable. The solicitor also lied and said that their foggers would specifically and only target mosquitoes, without harming other bugs. I'm pro beneficial bugs and actively make an effort to attract and protect pollenators, and this guy tried to sell me a product that would kill them. What a horrible company.
